Refund policy for Cancellation / Reduction in number of persons / shortening of period of stay :
A.	If informed to Pune head office (in writing or by acknowledged email) more than 10 days earlier, Rs. 1000 will be deducted and remaining will be refunded.
B.	If informed less than 10 days earlier, there are 2 options : 1) Only one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date. In this case Rs. 1000 will be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates. 2) Complete cancellation; in this case no refund will be paid.
