How to do booking ?

First, fill in the on-line booking form. It will show you the exact bill amount.

You don't have to pay yet, just 'submit' the form. You should get a message on the screen that your form has been accepted.

Then, within a day maximum, you will get an email reply from us regarding the availability and the payment instructions.

After you get an Email confirming availability from us, you have to pay full advance. You can deposit a cheque, pay cash, or do internet fund transfer in our account in any branch of ICICI convenient to you. Our bank details are as given below :

You will get our E-Receipt cum confirmation of booking by email after your funds are credited in our account. But when you pay the advance, you have to inform us by Email ( not SMS or phone please ! ) the cheque no, amount and bank or in case of fund transfer, the transaction ref no .

Because your bank may not give your name in our bank statement, and same amount may have been deposited by other customers as well, this written confirmation is necessary. Else you may not get the E-Receipt even if your funds are credited in our account !

 Refund policy for Cancellation / Reduction in number of persons / shortening of period of stay :

A.

If informed to Pune head office (in writing or by acknowledged email) more than 10 days earlier, Rs. 1000 will be deducted and remaining will be refunded.

B.

If informed less than 10 days earlier, there are 2 options : 1) Only one postponement for the same number of persons X days, upto 3 months from original booking date. In this case Rs. 1000 will be deducted and rest will be adjusted towards future bill at the rates prevailing at the time of new booking dates. 2) Complete cancellation; in this case no refund will be paid.
